Shopping Instructions for Fresh Fish:

1. Choose the quantity of fillets you need and select any additional options.
2. Add your selection to the cart.
3. Continue shopping, then proceed to the cart for checkout.
4. In the cart, provide your contact and delivery details (payment is not required at this stage).
5. After checkout, you will receive an email with an estimate including weights and prices for your approval.
6. Upon receiving your approval, we will process your order the next day. Once we determine the exact weights, you will receive an invoice by email with payment instructions.
